THE ASK:
Prep Baseball is a fast-growing high school scouting network with 40 participating states. They recently underwent a massive rebrand and created a Brand department with the head in charge of creating and enforcing the three phases of this new brand system, while at the same time working on any Brand-related requests from the other employees from HQ and the States. I was brought in as a contractor to help him focus his executive energies on bigger-picture projects by project managing the department and collaborating with him on all current and big picture projects. 

The Solution:
Rebuilt Brand's project management system from the ground up, creating a new system on Asana to help strengthen communications between all departments from creative request to production to delivery. 
Brought motion design to the company by collaborating with the Social Media team with logo animations for national events, and the Product Design and Tech team for their robust app that is set to launch next year.
Collaborated with the department head on the Brand initiative of expanding the brand’s color palette to give each participating state their own color palette to make Prep Baseball feel even more like a brand that players, parents, and scouts can identify with and feel belonging in.
