I collaborated with Lauren Neu on a projection piece created to be displayed at a projection mapping showcase called Digital Graffiti located in Alys Beach, Florida. We wanted to create something that was expressive, thematic, and typography-focused. After brainstorming concepts, we came up with the idea of building our own modular typography using a custom-made grid set. Our concept would use light to showcase the forgotten Old English glyphs, inspired by the ethereal qualities of stained glass artwork. We created a highly-detailed pattern using these glyphs to take advantage of the large building it would be projected on.
